I was always one that was stone serious in my approach to life. And, I had much to be serious about in my life. My life in the past was riddled with emotional pain, traumas and dramas. Laughter? Forget it, it was rare. Today, laughter is the best medicine for me. These days, we all have made our life too intense. Think about that for yourself? Are you rather tense and stressed most of the time?
It is not that we should not care about the challenges that arise for us, but it is to have a sense of humor about it. When we take it too seriously, we are feeling the weight of the cross of sacrifice. We do not have to sacrifice our sanity in the wake of what occurs. We can smile and know that we are not alone and have a Friend Who keeps us company every step of the way. We can know that we can “laugh at our fears and replace them with peace” when we ask Him, the Teacher of reality to speak the Answer of Peace. It only takes a little bit of willingness. Are you willing to do so today?
