Take 3 deep breaths and enter the present. God is here.
It may seem simplistic, but stopping and taking three deep breaths can quickly bring calm to our mind and ground us. We’ve started out this series slow for this is no hurry. As you practice your deep breaths today, recall to mind Lesson 267 – My heart is beating in the peace of God. He says, “Each heartbeat brings me peace; each breath infuses me with strength.” May you be strengthened today.
